]]> The Chairman of the Trust is Mr.G.D.Mitra, an educationalist with a post graduate degree in Mathematics and a Degree in Education. Having an experience of over 45 years in the field of education as teacher, academician and administrator he has a passion for imparting quality education to all classes of society especially the less privileged.

The Good Shepherd Education Trust was established in the year 1988 with Mr.G.D.Mitra as the Chairman. Serving the society in the field of school education for 30 years the Trust has made its mark in the field of education. The other Trust members also possess Masters Degrees in the field of Technical Education and are holding responsible positions in India and abroad.
